Declaration of Faith

A great church must adhere to the Bible in everything that it does. Our job as Christians is always to do as the Lord has commanded us in the Bible. Juniper Church will continue to strive for the Kingdom of God and to follow the Bible’s commandments laid out for us in the New Testament. We believe in the Great Commission and that we are called by God to bring forth the Gospel in this neighborhood.

With that said, we must know what it is we believe and so as a declaration of faith, this will be what is preached, what we will teach and how we will conduct ourselves in the public eye. This article represents even how we are to learn and teach one another.

Every member of Juniper Church should do their best to live by these article and Declaration of Faith.

Church Core Values

Safe Family Environment

When Jesus was here on Earth, He was available and open to everyone who would receive Him. Jesus will turn no one away that is seeking Him and neither will Juniper Church. At Juniper Church, will always strive to create an environment for everyone to feel welcome. We embody the principles “Come as you are, but don’t stay as you are”. All are welcome at Juniper church.

Preach the Gospel & the Bible to Everyone

Matthews 28:19 ““Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” we believe its our job to everyone and to Baptize them in the name of the Lord.

Equip & Enable Leader

We believe it is our job to equip the church with competent leaders. Not only create competent leaders, but equip them to use their skills to uplift the Kingdom.

Strengthen Our Community

We believe it’s our job as the church to be ingratiated in our community. We will strive to make programs that will help our community to grow and stay healthy.

Urgency

Juniper Church will always move with a sense of urgency in everything we do. We will work hard; decisive; make it happen; always having a blue collar approach to our duties. We believe in the scripture where it says, “Do not brag about tomorrow, since you don’t know what it will bring.” MLK spoke of a “fierce urgency for now”, we at Juniper church strive to have that urgency.

Accountability

Every member of Juniper Church will embody the value of accountability. We will strive to always be accountable in everything we do and say. Not just when we are in the building, but when we are outside of Juniper Church. We know we are the representation of Christ and we must always strive to be the salt and light to the world. When we are wrong, we will stay accountable; when we are at work; or even with our families, we will remain accountable.
